PIXELGR, LLC DBA ABLIVEN · Last updated: June 1, 2026
PixelGR, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company doing business as Abliven ("Abliven," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, create an account, or use the Abliven ADA Intelligence Platform (the "Services"), how we use and share it, how we protect it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account and contact information: name, business name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
- Billing information: billing name, billing address, and a payment method. Full card details are entered into a form served by our payment processor and are not stored on Abliven systems (see Section 3).
- Mobile and messaging information: your mobile phone number and your consent status if you opt in to receive text messages from us (see Section 5).
- Property information: the website addresses, domains, and digital properties you submit for scanning, and any related access details you choose to provide.
- Communications: messages, support requests, and information you send to us.
1.2 Information we collect automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, scan activity, timestamps, and interactions with the Services.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
- Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 7.
1.3 Scan data
When you use the Services to evaluate a property, we collect and process technical data about that property, including page structure, markup, and accessibility related attributes, in order to generate scan results, scores, reports, and monitoring history.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
- Create and manage your account and authenticate access;
- Perform scans, generate reports, and deliver monitoring and remediation guidance;
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send billing and transactional communications;
- Send and respond to text messages where you have opted in, to answer questions and provide support (see Section 5);
- Respond to inquiries and provide support;
- Send service updates and, where permitted, marketing communications you may opt out of;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. Payment Information and PCI Compliance
We do not store your full card number. Payment card transactions are processed by Square, a third party payment processor that maintains certification as a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 Service Provider, the highest level of validation for processors.
When you enter payment details at checkout, that information is transmitted directly to and tokenized by the payment processor over an encrypted connection. Abliven does not store, process, or transmit full primary account numbers or sensitive authentication data on its own systems. We receive only limited, non sensitive information needed to manage your subscription, such as a payment token, the last four digits of the card, the card brand, and the expiration date. The processor handles cardholder data in accordance with the current PCI DSS standard (version 4.0.1). The processor's handling of your payment information is also governed by its own privacy policy and terms.
4. How We Share Information and Data Sharing
Data Sharing
- Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
We do not sell your personal information. Subject to the Data Sharing commitments above, we share information only as follows:

5. SMS and Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text (SMS) messages to answer questions and provide support. We send SMS messages only to individuals who have consented to receive them. - Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
- If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy contained in the rest of this document/page.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Scan history and reports are retained for the duration of your subscription and a reasonable export window after termination, after which they may be deleted in the ordinary course. You may request deletion as described in Section 9.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, authenticate sessions, measure performance, and understand usage. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the Services to function; others support analytics. Disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
8. Data Security
We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. These include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication safeguards, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
