The GO Badge

The badge that means something.

The GO Badge is the only ADA compliance trust signal that is earned, not purchased, and publicly verified in real time. Every customer who sees it can check the live score behind it.

What makes it different

Most trust badges are decorative.

The GO Badge is not. It exists only when your site actually meets the compliance threshold, and it disappears when you do not. Three things separate it from every other accessibility badge on the web.

Earned, not purchased.

You cannot buy the GO Badge. It is granted only when your Litigation Risk Score reaches 70 or above. If your score drops, the badge is paused automatically until the site passes again. This makes the badge a status, not a sticker.

Publicly verifiable.

Every GO Badge links to a public verification page hosted by Abliven. Anyone can click the badge and see your live score, your last scan date, and your compliance breakdown. There is nothing hidden behind a login.

Real-time accurate.

The badge reflects your most recent rescan. Shield rescans monthly. Shield+ rescans weekly. The verification page always shows the current state. No stale claims, no outdated certifications, no "as of last year" disclaimers.

Three variants

Pick the badge that fits your site.

The GO Badge comes in three formats. All three link to the same verification page and update with each rescan. Display whichever matches your design.

Public verification

Anyone can check. No login required.

When someone clicks your GO Badge, they land on a public Abliven verification page hosted at verify.abliven.com. The page shows your current score, last scan date, and active status. The page is hosted by Abliven, not by you. There is no way to manipulate it from your end.

  • Live score, updated on every rescan
  • Active or Paused status visible
  • Last scan date prominently displayed
  • Hosted on Abliven infrastructure, not yours
  • API endpoint available for partner integrations
Earn requirements

Three things earn the badge.

There is one threshold and two ongoing conditions. Meet all three and your GO Badge stays active.

70+

Litigation Risk Score

Your composite Litigation Risk Score must be 70 or above. The score combines automated WCAG detection, lawsuit-weighted violation severity, and completeness signals into a single number from zero to 100.

0

Lawsuit Magnet violations

Zero Lawsuit Magnet violations on the most recent scan. These are the specific violations plaintiff firms target most frequently in active ADA cases.

1+

Active subscription

An active Shield or Shield+ subscription. The badge is part of the platform service. It activates on first qualifying scan and updates automatically with every rescan thereafter.

Badge questions.

What happens if my score drops below 70?
Your GO Badge is automatically paused. The badge embed code stays on your site and continues to function, but the badge visual displays a paused state and the verification page reflects the lower score. The badge reactivates the next time your score crosses 70 on a rescan. No action required from you.
Can someone fake or copy my GO Badge?
No. The badge is a live JavaScript embed that pulls real-time data from Abliven's verification API. A static screenshot or copied HTML would not link to a valid verification page. The verification page itself is hosted by Abliven and cannot be modified by you or anyone else.
Where can I display the badge on my site?
Anywhere you want. Common placements are the footer, header, checkout pages, contact page, accessibility statement page, and trust signal areas near pricing. The badge code works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, custom HTML sites, and most major content management systems.
How often is the verification page updated?
The verification page updates with every Abliven scan. Shield subscribers get monthly rescans, so the page refreshes monthly. Shield+ subscribers get weekly rescans plus real-time alerts when violations are detected. You can also trigger an on-demand rescan from your account dashboard, which updates the verification page within minutes.
What does the verification page show to visitors?
Your domain, current Litigation Risk Score, GO Badge status (Active or Paused), last scan date, and compliance standards monitored. The page does not show the specific violations or technical details, only the summary status. Detailed violation reports stay private in your account dashboard.
